How long have you lived in Upstate South Carolina

Native, born in Pickens County.  I know the area like the back of my hand.  

How long have you been in the real estate business?

Since 1969, worked with builders and Charter Realtors, who not only taught me real estate, but ethics and morals that last a lifetime.

Do you have any professional designations?

I hold the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute).

Are you involved in a Board of Realtors?

I am a member of the (Western Upstate MLS)  Anderson Association of Realtors.

From 1972 through 2003,  I’ve was a member of Tri-County Board of Realtors, served on committees, both local and state Board of Directors, held several officers including President in 1980.  I was selected Associate Realtor of the Year (way back then) and Realtors of the Year in 1980.

Are you a member of any national relocation networks?

Yes, several: RE/MAX, CRS, and  www.realtor.com .

Most of my  business comes from personal referrals – from past clients, friends, other Realtors & business affiliates.

Do you primarily work with buyers or with sellers?

I provide professional representation to both buyers and sellers.

Are you a full-time Realtor?

Yes, it has been my life style for over 30 years.  Experience the difference.

Where do you get your clients?

Mostly referrals, advertising, signs, internet and others.

What real estate-related organizations do you belong to?

From 1972 through 2003,  I’ve was a member of Tri-County Board of Realtors, then joined Anderson Association of Realtors, which covers the Upstate of South Carolina and Upstate Multiple Listing Service.

I also belong to South Carolina Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Residential Sales Council, Upstate Multiple Listing Service & other referral organizations. Additionally, I am a Charter and Life Member of the Million Dollar Club of our board, RE/MAX 100% Club or Executive.
