            Joan and I have lived in or near southern Chester County, Pa. since 1965. Not to surprisingly, we find it much more difficult to put up with the hot, humid summers and the cold, icy winters in our early 70's than it seemed to be when we were younger.

A couple of weeks ago we decided to explore relocating if we could find an area with a friendlier climate which suited our lifestyle. And, after considerable discussion, we agreed that northwestern South Carolina might be a good place to start and chose to check the area out via the internet rather than to subject ourselves to a 12 hour drive and whatever motels and realtors we could stumble upon. A quick search for South Carolina real estate agents left us with a pretty good sized list of potential contacts. Fortunately, we chose to start with Sue H. Gibson Sells Upstate South Carolina.  We called up Sue's Home page and sent her an email outlining our anticipated needs. What happened from that point on far exceeded our expectations. 

Almost immediately we received a reply from Sue which included some of the biggest files I had ever tried to convert to be readable on my Imac.  Then, in response to a second email from us (which expanded upon our first message) we got another rapid reply suggesting a specific location we might be interested in and which included a link into the web site for that location as well as offering any further help we needed. Then, after some computer oriented help from another agent at that site, we had a ball looking at homes, and specific rooms within each home in the comfort of our own den.  

I almost got to talk directly with Sue when I called to ask about some general information concerning the area. But, she was probably helping someone else and I had to settle for another almost immediate email reply giving me what I asked for and more. I found out a couple of days later that Sue also changed her web site to include some of the topics I had inquired about. At this point Joan started having second thoughts about relocating and our relocation is currently on hold. As you might have suspected from the tone of the preceding paragraphs, I seldom have had the pleasure of dealing with an individual who made what could have been a difficult task so easy for a client and would not hesitate to recommend Sue H. Gibson Sells Upstate So. Carolina to anyone in need of an outstanding Realtor.
